Rules

1. Do not leak information to friends or other LSs regarding ToD's for Sky NMs.

2. We do not tolerate the use of excessive profane language. Please keep in mind several LS mates have small children who can read. Many LS mates find profanity very offensive. If it becomes too bad a lead will remove you from the LS, then later repearl you once you cool off. On rare occasions the leads would discuss the situation and may decide to not repearl someone who cannot follow this rule. We understand an occasional outburst happens. This is why we say "excessive" use will not be tolerated.

3. If you are able to, then you must participate in LS events. Keep in mind that the gear allotment for events such as Sky and Limbus are based on your activity in the LS, the help you provide others on a daily basis and your attendance record at Sky and Limbus.

4. Choosing Atomic as your Sky/Sea Linkshell, means that you stick by your choice. Doing any Sky/Sea events with other Linkshells than Atomic is a direct conflict of interest and will lead to an isolation from Atomic events and removal of your allotment progress.

5. Do not start drama or pick a fight with another LS member in LS chat. You can use the /blist add "name" option, take the matter to /tell or simply remove your pearl if you are having a conflict with another member.

6. Do not counter camp other LS members. Ever. Instead, work as a team. This would include EXP camps as well as NMs.

7. LS chat is used for business when we do LS events. Please reduce your banter and other chat while an event is underway.

8. Trash talking other Linkshell's or their members will not be tolerated at any time. Especially when we counter-camp them. You should be focusing on making a claim. This includes insults done in /say /shout /emotes and /tells to harass them. It is wise to keep this rule in mind at all times. Not just at Sky events.

9. Do not steal mobs! If a mob turns yellow, do not claim it. The only grounds for taking an NM or mob from another linkshell is a wipe. This is just common courtesy and a rule of thumb for Sky Linkshells. "It's just good business."

Guidelines

Everyone who has a pearl is welcome for every LS event we do. There is no need to ask if you may come, or to ask if we need your help. Just come, and let a leader know you are on your way. They may need you to change jobs so be sure to ask first. If you log on, and see that we're in the middle of an event battle, please hold your /tell or LS chat until it's over. We are focused on the battle and will not have time to respond. This is not meant as an insult to you. Once you arrive to the camp, ask for an invite. Sometimes there may be a full alliance (18 people = full alliance.). We will try to fit you in if at all possible. Mages are sometimes asked to be outside a full alliance and cure the main tanks.

Try to avoid tardiness. Please be courteous to your fellow LS mates and try your best to show up prepared and on time for events. Everyone values their time, so please break away from an exp party in advance so you can change jobs and travel to the gathering location. If you feel you will be late due to traffic coming home from work then think about being ready with your job, gear and food needed and log out at the gathering point the day before.

Note

Anyone who views Atomic as a stepping stone to enter another Endgame LS should enlist the aid of that Endgame LS and not take the time and effort of Atomic members. For example, to gain access to an area such as Sky and Sea. These are difficult NM battles that require a lot of time, effort and a lot of gil to prepare gear and food to aid you. If you have friends in some Endgame LS that you are planning to drop Atomic for, and join, then you need to enlist their help and not "use" Atomic's members in this way. This is bad form and members of this LS will think less of you for doing this. You risk ruining your reputation on this server as well as the reputation of any LS who would allow you to use another linkshell to gain access to their LS membership. We cannot keep any member from "using" this linkshell, but we ask you politely to reconsider your motives and not do this.
